custom commissioned designs are made into dtf transfer sheets/gang sheets for client usage and will be saved on file for future repurchases. all commissions come with 3 complementary prints. for full ownership of the work and for a high-quality download of the file, an additional charge will be incurred for said transfer.

• Matoko’s TAT is 1-3 business days. This turnaround time doesn’t include weekends or holidays. EX: Orders placed on Friday will be shipped by EOD Wednesday. Please note that due to the nature of customized artwork, this TAT may be adjusted and discussed in your invoice prior to purchase.
• To maximize your transfer's size, we suggest that uploads be properly cropped with minimal negative space.
